This website is operated by Lucent Botanicals. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lucent Botanicals. Lucent Botanicals offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Most domestic orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, using either their Ground Advantage service or Priority Mail. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS, and very large orders may be shipped via Federal Express.
SECTION 2 - DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer $10 flat rate shipping to all U.S. states and Puerto Rico. If the amount of your order totals $45 or more, domestic shipping is free.
There are a limited number of countries to which we can ship, due to local restrictions regarding CBD products. We cannot ship to the EU or to the UK, for example. Also, we do not ship to Japan or to Hong Kong. During checkout, when you enter your shipping address if the country you are shipping to is not listed, then we do not ship there. Most smaller orders can ship internationally at a flat rate of $40. Large orders will be quoted before you complete your order.
SECTION 3 - LOCAL DELIVERY
We do not normally perform local delivery of orders, and you cannot pick up your order at our offices.
SECTION 4 - CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SECTION 5 - REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount including the shipping costs. You will need to pay the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
